Calendar Journaling Cards

I'm excited to share with you these cute and colorful calendar cards that I've made! They are 3x4 inches, perfect size for planners. They can be used for tracking no spend, no soda, no coffee, work outs, monthly goals, and anything else really! You can even place these in your project life projects.

To use in your planners just coil clip it in your Erin Condren Planner or hole punch it into your Filofax!  Easy peasy! I hope you like these and enjoy!

I'd recommend printing these on cardstock, be sure to print at actual size. There are two files to print, if you want to print each individually use the individual file cards which are on 3 by 4 paper, or if you'd like to print on a full page use the 8.5 by 11 files.

Simple & Blank Week On Two Pages Inserts

Here is a simple unlined week on two pages inserts for our planners! I love the simplicity of it, just write down the dates and plan away!

This is great since it leaves lots of room for creativity. Decorate it by using washi tapes and stickers and change it up as you please.

Gift List Budgeting

The holidays are coming up fast! Halloween isn't even here yet and I'm over here trying to think of gifts for Christmas for everyone! I found the perfect printable for keeping track of gift ideas for everyone on your list and making sure you spend the right amount on each person. I have been using this printable from exceptionalcharm.com for years and I love how the layout is. If you'd like the full page version go there to download it! I just had to make it so I can write in my smaller planner!

There's a section to write the name of the person the gift is for, ideas and where to buy the gift, the price, if you did end up buying it or not, and if it's wrapped and ready to go! & at the bottom you can add the total amount of all the gifts you bought for that person and see how much you spent!

This is a great way to keep track of your gift ideas and holiday spending all in one!

Simple Vertical Weekly Layout Inserts

Here is another set of week on two pages inserts. These are a vertical layout again, but much more simple. It has the side bar as well, but more space for writing than my previous vertical inserts.

The side bar has a place to write an inspirational quote, goals for the week, places to go, and things to buy.

There are three boxes and a smaller box for whatever you'd like (daily gratitude, meal planning?)

How I Decorate and Plan My Weeks In My Erin Condren Planner - Week #43

Hi all! Today I am going to show you how I decorate and plan my whole week inside of my Erin Condren Planner. I love spending a little time on Sundays to plan the rest of my week. I love even more making it look pretty! This week so far has been going quite smoothly and I have been able to get so much done on my to do list! I planned to split up my weekly goals throughout the week, but looking at my planner every few hours made me go through it even faster!

So here is the process I go through every week in my ECLP.

Starting with a blank week, I always place my "to" stickers. Depending on the week, I would switch it up with "to go", "to buy", "to call" and more. These flags (as shown in the picture) can be found here. I also place my new weekly water tracker stickers in the corner.

The next step is choosing which colors for my theme this week. This week's theme I went with pink and gold. I've been loving gold with everything! I chose a few rolls of washi tape with gold and pink and I just start taping up the morning day and night sections (since I don't use it for that specifically). If you can see I layered the gold tapes over pink to cover it up even more. I also always go with a pattern when laying my washi tape so it doesn't look to uniform (here I have the arrows then dots for every other row). I also use thicker washi to place into my boxes, most weeks I use washi squares or EC Squares. And lastly, I always use skinny washi to separate the weekend from the rest of the week.

After washi tape, I bring out my heart checklist stickers! I love using these! I like putting them in every other box to not waste as much stickers. They are half the size of the EC squares, but I like them like that so I can write events and such below!

Then I bring out my events stickers and mark all the important days or appointments. This week is PAY DAY..woo hoo!

I also like to place little quotes in my weeks. Here I plan on having some much needed "Me Time" this week.

After all the tapes and stickers, I start writing and planning my week.

  • My Top Section is for "Home" - this is where I write down all of my to-dos, house chores, decluttering, and such.
  • The Middle Section is for "Kids" - I am always browsing Pinterest for kids' activities. They also just need  some good outdoor fun. To remind myself, I have to always make a to-do list to do with the boys.
  • The Bottom Section  is for "Personal" - this is where I write down things I want to do for myself. It can include planner related things, my blog, or just pampering myself. I always have to remind myself to paint my nails!

I use the bottom lines to write down what I plan to eat for B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, & D-Dinner. I plan this the morning of.

On the side bar, in the weekly goals section, I write down everything I need to do that week. Things I need to buy, places I need to go and such. I try to transfer these things into my daily boxes whenever I have free time and try to get them all done by the end of the week.

The weekends are pretty bare, because I like to just relax and spend time with the family. I use labels to mark special events.

Then, I bring out my cute decorative stickers! This week I just chose hello kitty, sicne it was pink! I just place them whereever I think is bare and needs it. I used the cute bows to mark my personal time too!

& lastly, I choose a matching paper clip or page marker!

So that's how I decorate and plan my weeks in my Erin Condren Life Planner! I hope you enjoyed and that this helped you! Let me know if you would like to see this type of post on a regular basis or not in the comments below!

Weekly Water Tracker Stickers

I just made these in the last hour, and had to share them! These are water trackers stickers, but instead of putting a sticker everyday you just need one for the whole week! These are made to fit the side bar of the Erin Condren Planner. There are 8 cups for each day of the week. You can color them in or check it off. A great way to make sure you get your h2o in! Download these stickers below!

Leave a comment below to let me know what you think, and what other kind of trackers you'd like to see in the future!

How to Make Kiss Cut Stickers Without a Machine!

Just realized I was using the wrong term all along - it's actually "Kiss Cut" not "Die Cut"!

So here is how to make Kiss Cut Stickers...

Okay you guys, sorry I didn't post this sooner, but I wanted to make sure that I had good quality pictures for this tutorial. As soon as I received my ink and sticker paper I went crazy printing all my stickers for my planner! But I didn't want a bunch of small cut stickers everywhere. I really wanted a silhouette and my fiance was like what does the silhouette do? And I told him "it cuts the sticker paper lightly around each shape", and just then an idea popped into my head!

Remember this quick tip about peeling your sticker sheet? Well what if I just cut lightly on the sticker itself? Hmm...well I quickly got up and tried it, and voila! Kiss cut stickers!  Woop woop!

FYI this probably won't be a great idea for more intricate pieces or curves and such, unless you're handy with the exacto knife. So read on below to see how to make your own kiss cut stickers and keep all of your stickers on the same sheet! No more little stickers everywhere! Woo hoo!

You can find these same printable banner stickers here!

Tools Needed:

  • Ruler (the one I am using is a metal ruler from target)
  • Exacto Knife (mine is super old and probably not as sharp anymore)
  • Printed Stickers on Sticker Paper

How To:

Line up the ruler along the edge of one side of the printed sticker paper and cut down with your exacto knife against the ruler. &...that's basically it. haha. For the flag parts, just angle it and cut along that too.

Tips:

  • Cut them by columns and rows, and be sure to make each cut meet the previous cut so it peels off easily.
  • Depending on your sticker paper, you may have to do it with a lighter or heavier hand.
  • Also be sure to always keep the knife against the ruler or else you might stray like I did a few times.
Cutting each row
Cutting the flag part at an angle

Woops! Cut too deep and ripped the paper, remember start with a light hand!

Voila! Die cut stickers, ready to use!

This is how they look on my daily planner pages!
